Volunteer your time or donating items to the Franklin Habitat for Humanity ReStore. You can serve any length of time between 9 am and 3 pm on the first Saturday of each month. All ages and physical conditions are invited to participate. Children 5th grade and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Week of Prayer for CBF Global Missions will be held February 5th - 12th. Both the stewardship and missions teams ask you to please be in thought and prayer on how you might share your time, talents and resouces to help our field personnel (missionaries). To help us mark the Week of Prayer, Jon and Tonya Parks, future Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) missionaries to Slovakia will join us for our Wednesday dinner and study on February 8. The Parks will also lead our worship service on March 18. That morning a "noisy offering" will be collected by our BANG Children's Ministry for the Parks ministry in Slovakia. Start saving your coins. Put their visits, our "noisy offering", and our week of prayer on your calendar now.
Worship, with a focus on missions, will take place on February 12th starting at 6:30 pm in the chapel and moving into the community. Come for a time of worship, serving, missions, upbeat music, and fellowship. Warm, causal dress is encouraged.
